I am an international architect who brings more than 17 years of exclusive experience to prestigious, significant, multi-national projects, specializing in FF&E execution, tailor-made production, comprehensive and detailed shop drawings.
My experience at all levels of production and types of fabrics, colors, materials, furniture, artwork and fixtures has assisted me in creating unique interiors, completing projects in 14 different countries in Europe, Asia and the Middle East since 1999, while working closely with a wide variety of hotel operators, developers and interior designers on a range of 5-star new construction, renovation, refurbishment, design and build projects.
I possess considerable experience of managing projects from initiation through to completion, defining the project plan, timeline & scope, identifying project risks and planning with the appropriate people to resolve them, orchestrating people, schedules, resources and contractors, while reducing costs and improving margins through the development of organizational capabilities, always paying special attention to production & quality control, leading the installation teams on site until safe delivery of projects according to schedule and cost are achieved.
Studio Pearl is born in Amsterdam to continue contributing with my own company to an already impressive portfolio compiled since 1999.
