For many years, the place at the ground floor of this historical building on Amsteldijk was the home of many famous local Dutch restaurants and mostly Dutch clients. Therefore the main aim was to harmonize Dutch and Turkish ingredients and create an architecture style resembling both cultures. The end-result was very successful, as the restaurant and its unique architecture received high praise both from authorities and the customers
